Retaining Wall At Car Park Area
Excavation work is done.
The existing structures (ground beams, pile caps.....) are demolished by the hydraulic breaker.
The workers are clearing the demolished concrete and reinforcement.
Then, the surveyor will survey and mark out the exact location of the R.C. retaining wall.
The carpenter will erect the formwork to the retaining wall base. Lean concrete is done to the ground. Next, polyethylene(PE) sheet is applied on the lean concrete. Reinforcement work will be done to the retaining wall base.
Concrete casting is done to the retaining wall base.
Then, reinforcement work is done to the retaining wall.
Formwork are erected to the retaining wall.
Bracings and supports are installed to support the formwork.
Concrete casting is done to the retaining wall.
Formwork is dismantled after the concrete dried.
Bituminous material is applied on the retaining wall.
After that, soil backfilling until the required level is done to the retaining wall.

First, the worker drilled 4 small holes to the beam. Then, stiffeners are installed into the holes and grouted with Hilti Hit.
Reinforcement work is done to the lintel.
Next, formwork is installed.
Concrete casting is done to the lintel.

First, formwork is sawn to the staircase.
Then, reinforcement work and electrical PVC pipe conduit c/w junction box installation are done to the staircase.
Formwork is done to the steps of the staircase.
The dust, sand, stones etc are blown out from the formwork by using the air compressor before concrete casting.

Formwork is dismantled.
Honeycombs are found.
This worker is repairing the honeycombs by special cement.
